You agree to use digiconcepts.com website only for purposes that are permitted by this Policy & Agreement and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the website other than through the interface that is provided by digiconcepts.com, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of digiconcepts.com. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell digiconcepts.com website content for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which digiconcepts.com may suffer) of any such breach.

Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product ordered from Digiconcepts, you as our customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Digiconcepts agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Digiconcepts. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Digiconcepts.

Digiconcepts respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from Digiconcepts are those related to orders and/or customer services.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Any item purchased from Digiconcepts can be returned for a "no questions asked" full merchandise refund when the following conditions are met:

Product must be received in our warehouse in its original condition. Original condition is defined as a product that has not been opened, used, and undamaged from shipping.
Product must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date.


Following industry standards, under no circumstances will software be eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.  All software sold by Digiconcepts are non-refundable and may be returned for replacement only.
** Due to high fraudulent activity (ex. serial number manipulation), the entire Cisco line of products are not eligible for our 30 Day money Back Guarantee and may only be returned for replacement only.
Sales Tax

Located in the state of Washington, Digiconcepts never charges sales tax for our customers who live outside Washington state. Foreign Duties and Taxes
Customs is a government agency, which is responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It is the buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.  The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. Additionally we cannot calculate and/or provide estimated duties and taxes. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to obtain such information prior to your order.

Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors.

In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Digiconcepts shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other Web sites from Digiconcepts are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Digiconcepts does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other Web sites.

Product Revisions
Digiconcepts is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, we put forth our best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Web site to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Digiconcepts relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, Digiconcepts will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

Product Testing
Digiconcepts, like other online retailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor excluding OEM processors.  All OEM processors are subjected to the Prime95 bench test when received from the manufacturer or distributor.  With all processors including a lifetime warranty, we must ensure that each processor passes these critical tests which allows us to offer such a warranty to our customers.  

Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Digiconcepts are processed and shipped within two business days (weekends and holidays not included).  Therefore, an order placed on Friday will ship no later than Tuesday.  If there are any anticipated delays, Digiconcepts will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of such.  We do not offer same day shipping.

Shipping Costs
Digiconcepts provides free USPS 1st Class Shipping on all orders.  However, shipping upgrades are offered at an additional cost.  Such shipping fees will be shown prior to checkout.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please email us at sales@digiconcepts.com to request any changes to your order. 

Order Cancellations
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply email us at sales@digiconcepts.com to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2 business days.

Lifetime technical support is included with each purchase at Digiconcepts.  For product support on a purchased item, please use the following contact method.  Log into your Digiconcepts account, click on the order that contains the product in question and use the 'Add a message' found at the bottom of the order page.  Additionally, we have published a more detailed description of these steps with image illustrations on our 'Product Support' page.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund.  A return authorization number is required for all returns. Additional deductions may be made for CPU returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform Digiconcepts of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Software Return Policy
All OEM software including the operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. Digiconcepts is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.  If you have opened a software purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the software disc for an identical replacement by completing the 'Merchandise Return' form as described in 'Product Return Procedures' below.

Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at Digiconcepts will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Intel and AMD will not accept physically damaged processors back from Digiconcepts. Therefore, Digiconcepts will return any physically damaged CPU back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Restocking Fee
The majority of electronic retailers participate in the unfair practice of restocking fees. Restocking fees are what retailers charge their customers if they decide to return an unused item. With restocking fees averaging 15%, consumers are often faced with paying this ridiculous fee for unwanted items. For example, if a product is purchased at a sale price of $1000.00, and a restocking fee of 15% is applied, the consumer who returns the product will receive a refund total of $850.00 due to the assessment of 15% restocking fee. We at Digiconcepts believe this practice is not only unfair to consumers, but outrageous. As a customer of Digiconcepts, you will never have to be concerned with paying restocking fees.

Product Return Procedures
To take advantage of Digiconcepts' 30 day money back guarantee, the Customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of Digiconcepts' Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Digiconcepts' refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

To return a product in compliance with Digiconcepts' satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above).  Digiconcepts will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.  All RMA requests must be filed online.  Below you will find the steps required for obtaining an RMA number.  Additionally, we have published a more detailed description of these steps with image illustrations on our 'Product Returns' page.

1. Log into your Digiconcepts online account.
2. Click on 'Order History'.
3. Click on the 'Invoice Number' that contains the product you wish to return.
4. Scroll down to the 'Customer Service' section of your invoice and complete the available form.
5. Once approved, your RMA number will be emailed and posted on your 'Message History' found on your invoice page.
- Please allow two business days for your return merchandise authorization to be issued.

6. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Digiconcepts
- RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
7. prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Digiconcepts. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Digiconcepts' Return Procedure will be breached and Digiconcepts may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Digiconcepts will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. 

Digiconcepts is a distributor only. Products sold by Digiconcepts are not manufactured by Digiconcepts. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). Digiconcepts assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Digiconcepts makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document.

Digiconcepts disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance. All items sold through Digiconcepts are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." the entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or Digiconcepts , assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Digiconcepts maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Digiconcepts shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Digiconcepts shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Digiconcepts has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

An order is not binding upon Digiconcepts until it is accepted; Digiconcepts must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Digiconcepts. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Risk of Loss
Digiconcepts will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) - excepting software - and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Digiconcepts reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Digiconcepts to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Digiconcepts to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the software has been taken possession by customer. Digiconcepts will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Digiconcepts will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Digiconcepts and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Digiconcepts and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Washington, Mason County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Digiconcepts that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Washington law.

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with Digiconcepts invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Digiconcepts and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Digiconcepts and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
