Individuals who purchase products elsewhere must seek technical support from the vendor they purchased the product from or the manufacturer.

Before contacting Digiconcepts Tech Support, we recommend you first visit the product manufacturers web site for solutions. Often solutions are discovered by simply reading the product manufacturers tech support updates. For customer convenience, manufacturer contacts are listed within our Links page. If a solution cannot be determined in this manner, please contact Digiconcepts Tech Support using one of the following methods:

If you are a current customer of Digiconcepts and your support request is related to a product you have received, we prefer to receive your technical support issue via our Online Support Form when possible. This allows our personnel time to research, diagnose, and offer a solution to the problem.

We welcome all technical support inquiries via email. This method is not restricted to current Digiconcepts customers only. This is a great format to use when you have pre-sales technical questions.
