General Guidelines and Conditions

  • Digiconcepts will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.
  • Product replacements are effective within one year of invoice date. †
  • Product credits/refunds are effective within 30 days of invoice date.
  • DOA products are replaced within 2 business days of receiving faulty product. ††
  • Non-DOA products are replaced within 12 business days of receiving faulty product.
  • Credits/refunds are completed within 5 business days of receiving product. †††
  • Replacements are returned to customer via UPS Ground at Digiconcepts expense.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 calendar days from issuance.
  • Products received after the RMA Number 10 day grace period will be refused and returned to the shipper.

OEM CPU replacements are effective within 30 days of invoice date.
Dead on arrival. Product fails to operate correctly within ten days of invoice date.
CPUs, memory, LCDs, Cisco, software and special order products qualify for replacement only.

Restrictions

    Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:

  • Product is not received within the RMA number 10 day grace period.
  • Product is no longer covered under Digiconcepts implied warranty period.
  • Manufacturer serial label is tampered with or removed from product.
  • Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Form.
  • Return package is shipped to Digiconcepts via COD.
  • Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests.
  • Product has been tampered with.

    Product refunds/credits will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:

  • Product is not received within the RMA number 10 day grace period.
  • Product is no longer covered under Digiconcepts thirty-day refund/credit period.
  • Product consists of CPUs, memory, LCDs, software or special ordered items.
  • Product is not returned in its original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user's manual etc.
  • Product has been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Manufacturer serial label is tampered with or removed from product.
  • Return package is shipped to Digiconcepts via COD.

Instructions

    This Online RMA Form is intended solely for products sold by Digiconcepts.

  • Read Digiconcepts RMA Guidelines, Conditions, and Restrictions.
  • Fully complete the following Online RMA Form.
    • Once received, Digiconcepts will issue your RMA number via email or fax.
    • Digiconcepts will issue your RMA number within two business days.
  • Ship products to Digiconcepts RMA Department freight prepaid.
    • Print/write RMA Number clearly on all packages.
    • For replacements, do not include product accessories such as manuals, disks, cables, retail box.
    • For refunds or credits, include all product accessories such as manuals, disks,
      cables, retail box.
    • For refunds or credits, retail boxed products must be shipped inside a packing box.
  • Include copies of your invoice and Online RMA Form with package.
