Introduction
PC60G
, based on MSI's Turbo G technology, is the
wireless LAN PCI card to boost the data rate
40% higher than the standard 802.11g. In addition,
the PC60G comes equipped with the capability
to secure the wireless data transmission with
64/128-bit WEP, WPA, and WPA2 encryption.
For experiencing the high data throughput,
PC60G is highly recommended to work with MSI
Turbo G series wireless products for the performance
optimization.
Features
- MSI
Turbo G Mode: Compared to the 802.11g WLAN
standard, PC60G can boost the data rate
up to 40% more but required to work with
the Turbo G-enabled WLAN router, like RG60G.
- Backward
Compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g wireless
devises: The PC60G is backward compatible
with all standard IEEE 802.11b and 802.11g
routers.
- Easy
to Install: Friendly user interface with
the step-by-step setup wizard to make the
installation quick and easy
- Secure
Data Transmission:
WPA2: Support Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2)
to enhance the data protection and access
control
WEP: 64/128-bit Wired Equivalent Privacy
(WEP) encryption to secure the wireless
data transmission
SSID: Only stations sharing the same Service
Set ID (SSID) are permitted to communicate
with each other
