COMPANY

The history of Digiconcepts would not be complete without first mentioning that Digiconcepts is a direct result of two dedicated individuals, Lori Potter & Michael Baker. With unconditional commitment to their company and marriage, they have successfully transformed a dream into reality.

Beginning in 1994, with 12 years of combined college education and 6 years of marriage, Lori & Michael believed they had the foundation required to embark on their adventure. Their ideal company would be recognized as a business with (1) an extraordinary friendly atmosphere, (2) exceptional customer support and (3) competitive industry pricing. With these key factors in mind, Lori & Michael opened Digiconcepts in June of 1994.

With the inception of their web site in July of 1994, Digiconcepts quickly experienced great success. As 1994 came to an end, Digiconcepts had successfully completed $180,000 in sales. Located in Couer d' Alene, Idaho, Lori & Michael believed they could offer more products and improved customer support if they relocated their company to a region closer to the computer industry. As a result, Digiconcepts relocated to Southern California during February of 1996.

Since their relocation, Digiconcepts had developed strong business relations with local manufacturers and distributors. With this in mind, Digiconcepts had now combined its key business factors with strong channel relations to become a strong force in the computer industry.

Today Digiconcepts remains a customers company. Surprisingly, still to this day, Lori & Michael are involved in 80% of all customer communications including sales and tech support. Lori & Michael have certainly proven that a computer company can be personal, helpful and still offer competitive market pricing.
